About this directory

We are an independent directory of disability support providers in Australia. We help participants, families and support coordinators find and compare providers, and check whether a provider is currently registered with the NDIS Commission.

We are not affiliated with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we are not endorsed by them.

Where the data comes from

Provider records are sourced from the public NDIS Commission provider register, including business and legal names, ABN, registration status, registration expiry, approved registration groups and outlet locations. Contact details such as email and additional phone numbers are gathered from providers' own public websites.

We also cross-check each provider's ABN against the Australian Business Register to confirm it is active, flag cancelled ABNs, and show how long the business has been trading. ABN data is sourced from the ABR Bulk Extract, used under CC BY 3.0 AU.

The register currently lists 27,363 providers with a current registration. Data was last refreshed on 2026-10-17.

Accuracy

Registration status reflects the register at the time it was last refreshed and can change. Always confirm a provider's current registration and suitability directly before engaging them. If you spot something wrong, let us know and we'll correct it.
