For providers
Your organisation may already be listed on Care Registry. Here is where that comes from and how to change it. All of the below is free.
Where your listing comes from
Listings are compiled from public sources: the NDIS Commission provider register, the Australian Business Register, and providers' own public websites. You do not have to sign up to be listed, the same way other business directories work. Because this information is collected rather than supplied by you, it can be out of date or wrong.
Correct your listing
If something is wrong, email us at hello@careregistry.com.au and tell us what to fix. We will correct it at no charge.
Remove your listing
If you do not want to be listed, we will remove your listing. There are no conditions, and you do not have to claim it first. Email us from an address at your business's domain, or one we can reasonably tie to the business, and tell us which listing to remove. Search engines may keep a cached copy for a time afterwards, which is outside our control.
Claim and edit your listing
Self-serve claiming and editing, so you control your own description, services and contact details, is coming soon. In the meantime, email us any changes and we will make them.
