Conditions of registration

A condition is imposed under for any minor non-conformities identified at the time of audit to be closed out by an approved quality auditor no later than 18 months after registration. A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of the Core Module and Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider?s mid-term audit which must commence no later than 1 February 2027.
