A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of Module 2 to be conducted 3 months after service delivery has commenced in class of support 0110. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of Module 2a to be conducted 3 months after service delivery has commenced on 2a Implementing Provider. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of Module 4 to be conducted 3 months after service delivery has commenced in class of support 0132. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of Module 3 to be conducted 3 months after service delivery has commenced in class of support 0118.
