Conditions of registration

A condition is imposed for an audit to be completed on Part 3 of Schedule 1, Provider Governance and Operational Management, within six months of the provider?s registration coming into force. A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker. A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider?s mid-term audit, which must commence by 1 February 2027.
