Conditions of registration

Advise the NDIS Commission by email of scheduled audit dates by 8 October 2025. Engage an approved quality auditor to arrange an audit to commence no later than 22 October 2025. Audit report is to be provided no later than 5 November 2025. A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of the Certification audit to be undertaken as part of the mid-term audit no later than 18 months after registration.
