Conditions of registration

A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of a Supplementary Module to be conducted three months after service delivery has commenced on the following classes of support: 118. A condition is imposed for an audit to be completed on Part 3 of Schedule 1, Provider governance and operational management within six months of the provider?s registration coming into force.
